- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
If any person shall break and enter or use a building, erection, or place so directed to be closed, the person shall be punished as for contempt as provided in this chapter.
