- Joint session: When both chambers of a legislature adopt a concurrent resolution to meet together.
The city council of the largest city shall, on the receipt of such resolution, if deemed expedient, pass a resolution specifying the time of holding such joint session of the city councils of the cities proposing to consolidate.
