  • Municipal energy agency: means a quasi-municipal corporation created by agreement between or among two or more cities pursuant to this act to exercise any of the powers granted by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 12-886

A municipal energy agency shall have power to purchase, out of any funds available therefor, bonds or notes, and to hold, pledge, cancel or resell the bonds or notes, subject to and in accordance with any agreements with the holders.
