Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-8,107

  • Municipal energy agency: means a quasi-municipal corporation created by agreement between or among two or more cities pursuant to this act to exercise any of the powers granted by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 12-886

Any municipal energy agency established in accordance with the provisions of this act which has issued revenue bonds under this act may issue, from time to time, revenue bonds in accordance with the provisions of this act in order to refund any previous issue of revenue bonds or part thereof.
