- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Evidence under the Kansas family law code shall be governed by the Kansas code of evidence, and amendments thereto, except as this code otherwise specifically provides.
