Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 38-140
- Minor: means any person defined by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 38-135 through 38-140 shall not affect authority to consent to immunization of a minor pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 38-2217 or 38-2316, and amendments thereto, or pursuant to any other law.
