Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 38-320
- Department: means the Kansas department for children and families or any division thereof. See Kansas Statutes 38-320
- Secretary: means the secretary for children and families or the secretary's designee. See Kansas Statutes 38-320
As used in this act, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them herein:
(a) “Department” means the Kansas department for children and families or any division thereof.
(b) “Secretary” means the secretary for children and families or the secretary’s designee.
