Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-1127
- Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The reports required by subsection (a) of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-1126 shall contain: (a) The insured’s name and license number issued by the state board of healing arts; (b) date of occurrence which created the action; and (c) the name of the plaintiff and the injured party, if different.
