Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 44-1128
- Member of the military: means a member of the armed forces or national guard on active duty or a member of an active reserve unit in the armed forces or national guard. See Kansas Statutes 44-1125
Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit:
(a) Consideration or application of characteristics directly affecting the credit worthiness of a member of the military; or
(b) sales promotions or discounts limited to members of specified groups of people.
