Kansas Statutes 49-601. Surface-mining land conservation and reclamation; citation of act

Reclamation: means the reconditioning of the area of land affected by surface mining to a usable condition for agricultural, recreational or other use. See Kansas Statutes 49-603

This act shall be known and may be cited as the surface-mining land conservation and reclamation act.
