Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 55-1101
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The term “person” as used in this act shall mean and include any person, firm, or corporation. The term “liquefied petroleum gas” as used in this act shall mean and include any material which is composed predominantly of any of the following hydrocarbons or mixtures of the same: Propane, propylene, butanes (normal butane and isobutane), and butylenes.
