Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 59-1610
- Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Any beneficiary may apply to the court for an order requiring the trustee to perform the duties imposed upon him or her by this article.
