Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 59-1716

  • Conservatee: means a person who has a conservator. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
  • Decedent: A deceased person.
  • Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.

Whenever it is for the best interests of the estate of a decedent or conservatee, real estate may, with the approval of the court, be platted by the fiduciary.
