- School: means a public school or an accredited nonpublic school. See Kansas Statutes 72-6131
The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 72-3120, and amendments thereto, shall not apply to any pupil while subject to suspension or expulsion from school pursuant to the provisions of this act.
