It is unlawful during any energy resources emergency proclaimed by the governor under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-619 for any person to intentionally violate any provision of the system of priorities for the allocation of available energy resources or for the curtailment of the consumption of such energy resources, or both, established by any rule and regulation adopted by the state corporation commission under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-620. Such violation of any such provision by any person is a class C misdemeanor.
