Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 74-8753
- Lottery gaming enterprise: means an entertainment enterprise that includes a lottery gaming facility authorized pursuant to the Kansas expanded lottery act and ancillary lottery gaming facility operations that have a coordinated business or marketing strategy. See Kansas Statutes 74-8702
- Racetrack gaming facility: means that portion of a parimutuel licensee location where electronic gaming machines are operated, managed and maintained. See Kansas Statutes 74-8702
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
(a) No revenue bonds, tax increment financing or similar financing shall be used to finance any part of any lottery gaming enterprise or any racetrack gaming facility.
(b) No state or local tax abatement shall apply to any part of any lottery gaming enterprise or any racetrack gaming facility.
