Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-2577
- Board: means the library board of any library established or operating under authority of the laws of Kansas. See Kansas Statutes 75-2548
- state library: means the Kansas state library created and operating under authority of Kan. See Kansas Statutes 75-2554
One of the functions of the state library shall be to provide programs of interlibrary cooperation under the direction and supervision of the board.
