Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-4306
- Legislature: means the legislature of the state of Kansas. See Kansas Statutes 75-4322
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
(a) Violation of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-4304 or 75-4305, and amendments thereto, or failure to make any disclosure of substantial interests required by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4302a is a class B misdemeanor.
(b) If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act is held invalid or unconstitutional it shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without the invalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
