(a) The director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office shall have full control of the Kansas soldiers’ home, the property, effects, supervision and management thereof.
(b) A superintendent of the Kansas soldiers’ home shall be appointed by the director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office in accordance with Kan. Stat. Ann. § 73-1210a.
