The state board of regents is authorized and empowered to sell and convey as specified in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 76-347 the following described real estate located in Douglas county, Kansas: The southwest quarter of section eighteen (18), township thirteen (13), range twenty-one (21), in Douglas county, Kansas; and the east sixty (60) acres of the south half of the northeast quarter of section six (6), the east half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section six (6), and the west ten (10) acres of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section six (6), all in township thirteen (13), range twenty-one (21), in Douglas county, Kansas; and lots one (1), two (2), three (3), and four (4), in block one hundred seventy-one (171), city of Eudora, Douglas county, Kansas.
