There is hereby created in the existing cooperative agricultural extension service of Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science a section of wildlife damage control. Employees of the section shall be known as “extension specialists in wildlife damage control,” shall be appointed in accordance with Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 76-715 and shall be under the general supervision of the director.
