The state board of regents shall conduct a study regarding the retention and graduation rates of students who are accepted into state universities through the exceptions to the minimum admissions standards prescribed in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 76-717, and amendments thereto, and report the findings of such study to the committee on education of the house of representatives and the committee on education of the senate on or before January 13, 2014.
