The cabinet shall implement KRS § 224.1-510 to KRS § 224.1-532 from and after June 21, 2001. The cabinet shall publish forms by October 31, 2001, and may promulgate necessary administrative regulations, to implement KRS § 224.1-510 to KRS § 224.1-532.
