Any party may appeal to the Court of Appeals from a judgment entered under KRS
120.155, in the same manner as provided in KRS § 120.075, all of the provisions of which statute shall be applicable.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 120.175

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
