Any firearm or ammunition forfeited pursuant to KRS § 237.060 to KRS § 237.090 shall, upon order of a court of competent jurisdiction, be disposed of or retained as provided in KRS
500.090.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 237.090

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
