(1) The owner, in using his brand, shall cause it to be plainly stamped or otherwise impressed upon each separate piece of timber intended to be branded.
(2) No person shall fraudulently place any brand on timber not his own.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 364.090
- Owner: when applied to any animal, means any person having a property interest in such animal. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
- Timber: includes trees, whether standing, down or prepared for sale, sawlogs and other logs, cross ties, railroad ties, boards, planks, staves and headings, and other wood cut or prepared for market. See Kentucky Statutes 364.010
