Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:1931.9 – Assessment reduction or recalculation

Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:1931.9
- Attorney general: means the attorney general for the state of Louisiana. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 22:1931.1
- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.

Except as provided in this Part, there shall be no reduction or recalculation in the Insurance Fraud Investigation Fund assessment allocation to the attorney general‘s office as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 40:1428.
