Louisiana Revised Statutes 45:354 – Foreign corporations operating in state to be subject to its jurisdiction

Railroad companies or corporations availing themselves of the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 45:352 and 45:353 shall maintain a domicile, and main and general offices in Louisiana, and are subject to the control and regulations of the laws of Louisiana and the Louisiana Public Service Commission.
