Within thirty days after the effective date of the ordinance establishing a community development district under this Chapter, the district shall cause to be recorded in the mortgage records in the parish in which it is located a “Notice of Establishment of the _____________ Community Development District”.  The notice shall include the legal description of the district and a copy of the disclosure statement specified in La. Rev. Stat. 33:9039.18.
