Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 42:1304
- Commission: means the Louisiana Deferred Compensation Commission. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 42:1301
The Commission shall meet at least twice yearly, and all meetings of the Commission shall be held in compliance with the Louisiana Open Meetings Law.
