Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 24-A Sec. 2402
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
“Policy” means the written contract of or written agreement for or effecting insurance, by whatever name called, and includes all clauses, riders, endorsements and papers which are a part thereof. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).]
