Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 24-A Sec. 4616
- Association: means the Maine Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association created under section 4606. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 24-A Sec. 4605-A
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- State: means a state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or a United States possession, territory or protectorate. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 24-A Sec. 4605-A
The association shall be exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this State or any of its subdivisions, except taxes levied on real or personal property. [PL 1983, c. 846 (NEW).]
