- Transportation network company: means a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other entity operating in the State that uses a digital network to connect transportation network company riders to transportation network company drivers who provide prearranged rides. This chapter may be known and cited as “the Transportation Network Company Insurance Act.” [PL 2015, c. 279, §1 (NEW).]
