The commission shall advise the Director of the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and shall prepare an annual report, which is a public document to the extent that it complies with section 1412. The report must include, but is not limited to: [PL 2009, c. 174, §18 (AMD).]

Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 26 Sec. 1413-D
- Commission: means the Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Late Deafened. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 26 Sec. 1413-A
- Deaf: means that the sense of hearing of an individual is nonfunctional for the purpose of communication and that individual must depend primarily upon visual communication. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 26 Sec. 1413-A
- Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
2. Recommendations. Recommendations for priorities for the development and coordination of services to deaf, hard-of-hearing and late-deafened persons;

3. Evaluation. An evaluation of the progress made as the result of recommendations made in the preceding report of the chair;

4. Statement of goals. A statement of goals for activities of the division during the subsequent fiscal year; and
