Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 26 Sec. 876
- Veteran: means a person who has served on active duty in the United States Armed Forces, or has served in the national guard of any state or the Reserves of the United States Armed Forces, and was discharged or released with an honorable discharge. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 26 Sec. 877
This subchapter may be known and cited as “the Voluntary Veteran Preference Employment Policy Act.” [PL 2013, c. 576, §4 (NEW).]
