1. Biennial report. The redevelopment authority shall submit biennially, beginning with the Second Regular Session of the 131st Legislature, to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over economic development matters a complete report on the activities of the redevelopment authority. The report must include the following:
A. A description of the redevelopment authority’s operations; [PL 2021, c. 664, §3 (NEW).]
B. A listing of all property acquired pursuant to this chapter; [PL 2021, c. 664, §3 (NEW).]
C. An accounting of all activities related to the fund; [PL 2021, c. 664, §3 (NEW).]
D. A listing of any bonds issued during the fiscal year by the redevelopment authority; [PL 2021, c. 664, §3 (NEW).]
E. A statement of the redevelopment authority’s proposed and projected activities for the ensuing year; and [PL 2021, c. 664, §3 (NEW).]

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
