- Majority: when used in reference to age shall mean the age of 18 and over. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 72
Notwithstanding sections 2, 701 and 702, in Franklin County the county commissioners may appropriate money, according to a budget which must be approved by a majority of the county commissioners. [PL 1991, c. 495 (NEW).]
