- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Chief inspector: means the Chief Inspector of Boilers and Pressure Vessels approved under section 15106. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 15101
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Professional and Financial Regulation. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 15101
- Director: means the Director of the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation within the department. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 15101
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- Municipal officers: means :
