Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 31 Sec. 1560

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
2. Application. All references to:

Officers and directors are deemed to be references to the officers and directors of the limited liability company, if any, and otherwise to any individuals having comparable management authority in respect of the limited liability company.
