Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 6126
- Applicant: means a person filing an application for a license under this subchapter. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 6102
- Service of process: The service of writs or summonses to the appropriate party.
An applicant shall designate and maintain an agent in this State for service of process. [PL 1997, c. 155, Pt. A, §2 (NEW).]
