1. Disclose to administrator. Disclose to the administrator the fees charged to consumers for services regulated by this subchapter; and

Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 6141
- Administrator: means the Superintendent of Consumer Credit Protection. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 6132
- Registrant: means a person registered under this subchapter. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 6132
2. Disclose to public. Conspicuously disclose to the public, at each business location, the fees charged to consumers for its services.
