Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 3 Sec. 858
- Retirement: means the termination of membership service with a retirement allowance granted under this chapter. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 3 Sec. 701
Retirement allowances under this chapter must be adjusted on the same basis as provided for members of the State Employee and Teacher Retirement Program by Title 5, section 17806. [PL 2007, c. 491, §31 (AMD).]
