Unless the context otherwise indicates, any word or phrase that is not defined in this Article but that is defined in the Federal Truth in Lending Act, Title I of the federal Consumer Credit Protection Act, 15 United States Code § 1601 et seq. or its implementing regulation, Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 1026.1 et seq., has the meaning set forth in the Federal Truth in Lending Act and its implementing regulations.
