- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
The seller shall:
(1) file with the Commissioner an amendment to the documents previously submitted to the Commissioner whenever a material change in the required information occurs; and
(2) pay a fee of $50 for filing the amendment.
