Terms Used In Maryland Code, BUSINESS REGULATION 17-1007

  • state: means :

    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
(a) The clerk shall issue a State junk license to each applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.

(b) A State junk license is not transferable.
