  • Person: includes an individual, receiver, trustee, guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, representative of any kind, corporation, partnership, business trust, statutory trust, limited liability company, firm, association, or other nongovernmental entity. See
A person may not advertise in any way that the person is registered under this title unless the advertisement states the home builder registration number of the person in one of the following forms:

“Maryland Home Builder Registration No. ____”; or

“MHBR No. ____”.
