- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
The exclusive right to use a specified name for a domestic or foreign limited liability partnership may be reserved as provided in Title 1, Subtitle 5 of this article.
