Terms Used In Maryland Code, CRIMINAL LAW 11-107

  • Person: includes an individual, receiver, trustee, guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, representative of any kind, corporation, partnership, business trust, statutory trust, limited liability company, firm, association, or other nongovernmental entity. See
(a) In this section, “indecent exposure” includes engaging in an act of masturbation in public, whether or not the person‘s genitalia are exposed.

(b) A person convicted of indecent exposure is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
