Terms Used In Michigan Laws 129.246
- Credit card: means a card or device issued under a credit card arrangement by a person licensed under 1984 PA 379, MCL 493. See Michigan Laws 129.241
- Local unit: means any of the following:
(i) A village. See Michigan Laws 129.241
A credit card arrangement entered into by a local unit before the effective date of this act is valid but may not be used for credit card transactions on or after the effective date of this act unless the requirements of section 3 and 4 are complied with.
