Terms Used In Michigan Laws 207.232
- Department: means the revenue division of the department of treasury. See Michigan Laws 207.211
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
Money received and collected by the department under this act and after the payment of the necessary expenses incurred in the administration of this act, shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the Michigan transportation fund.
